Late Arrivals

I operate a non negotiable 15 minute late cut off for appointments. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment start time you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged the full cancellation fee. 

 

The cancellation fee is set at 30% of the full price of the service you were booked for.

 

If you are running late for your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible by calling/ texting 07540235936. 

Cancelling an appointment

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged 30% of the full price of the service you were booked for. This fee is non-negotiable.

 

When you book an appointment online you will be asked to agree to my cancellation and no show policy and asked to add your card details to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within the 48 hour window prior to your appointment or you do not show up for your appointment at all.

 

You can cancel an appointment via the online booking system or email up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. If you need to cancel within the 48 hours prior to your appointment start time you will need to contact me on 07540235936.

Cancelling your appointment due to covid or illness

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick and contagious/ infectious with covid or any other illness. Let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment due to having Covid, being asked to isolate or being ill with anything that is contagious or infectious the cancellation policy seen above will still apply.

No shows

If you do not attend your appointment and you do not cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the full price of the service that you had booked.

Skin testing and allergies

If you are a new colour client you are required to have a skin test at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment with me. 

 

If you are a regular colour client, you will need to skin test every 6 months.

 

Skin tests can now be sent to you in the post and can be applied easily at home.

 

If you have a reaction to a skin test, however minor, you must inform me prior to attending your colouring service.

Adjustments to your cut or colour

If you are not happy with your cut or colour and require an adjustment, please let me know within one week of your original service. I’m happy to offer adjustments free of charge when they are discussed and booked within the 7 days after your initial appointment. After one week has elapsed you will need to pay for any adjustments. 

Quotes and consultations

After a consultation you may be given a quote for the service required. This quote is then valid for 30 days as long as you make no chemical changes to your hair after the quote is given.

Covid and sickness policy 

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick and contagious/ infectious with covid or any other illness. Let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule.
