Appointments and Booking

Do you do walk-in appointments?

I don’t offer walk-in appointments. All appointments must be booked in advance and can be done so via the online booking system.

I’m not sure which type of appointment to book for my hair?

If you are a new client,  I've created a 'New Clients' section in my online booking system, which gives 3 options to book. You can also  contact Elise at or via whatsapp on 07540235936 to talk through your options.

Do you offer mobile hair appointments?

No, I no longer offer mobile appointments or home visits.

I’ve tried to book online and I can’t see any availability. How can I get an appointment with you?

This means I’m fully booked. I do keep a waiting list, and I can be in touch if there is any new availability or a cancellation space. You can add yourself to the list by filling out the form HERE

I need to cancel my appointment, what’s the best way to do it?

If you booked your appointment online you can cancel it yourself via the Fresha online booking app or site. You can also email or message/ Whatsapp 07540235936. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of your service.

What days and times do you offer appointments?

My current working hours are Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm, Wednesday 11am-7pm and Thursday 12:00 -8:30pm. I also work Friday mornings several times a month 9:30am-1:30pm.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes, you can bring someone with you. 


Why do I need to enter my card details into your online booking system?

Fresha securely stores your card details on your account for two reasons. 1. to commit you to the cancellation policy, enabling me to charge you automatically for late cancellations and 2. so that you can pay for your service by card at the end of your appointment.  I am not able to view your card details or charge you without your permission.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment by card and cash. I also accept payment by bank transfer for regular/ established clients.

Where are you based?

I am located within Every Body Studio, Unit 9a Newtec Place, Magdalen Road, Oxford OX4 1RE. We are on the first floor, above Project PT Gym and sandwiched in between the Missing Bean Coffee Roastery and the Pegasus Theatre. If the door is locked when you arrive you can use the buzzer or call 0754023536 and I will come down and let you in.

How do I get there?


Parking is very limited in the area. There are some short stay spaces outside the studio on Magdalen Road and on Iffley Road, however these are not long enough for some colour appointments. If you do need to come for your appointment by car, the nearest car park is at Tescos Express paid car park on Union Street (off Cowley Road) which is a 10-15 minute walk to the studio.

Please check in advance how long your appointment will take if you plan to drive and park.

 As of May 2022 there will be new Low Traffic Networks surrounding Magdalen Road, this means that many of the roads in the surrounding are closed to cars. This may make your journey time longer.

Public Transport

If travelling from the city centre, I recommend getting a bus that takes you down the Iffley Road for a shorter walk from the bus stop. You can get the number 3 or 3A from Westgate Stop E1 or Queens Lane, ask to get off at Magdalen Road.


There are bike racks outside the studio front door.

Is there Disabled Access?

There is unfortunately no disabled access as we are based up a full flight of stairs and there is no access to a lift in the building.
